Gunslinging Dwarf and his Dog

I was asked to draw another character from the Onward Bound universe (Dnd but in the American west). The art prompt: A gun slinging dwarf who carries not one, but two shot guns. His beloved partner, a mastiff. And if I was feeling up to the challenge, a background of the American West (sort of what NorthWest Texas all the way out to SouthEast California looks like). I like to think I nailed it.
