Makena PinUp

So this was a random roll character, and I got a tiefling with a exo-skeleton curse (not like armor, but bones on the outside of her skin). In the game she covers herself completely because a secondary skeleton growing over your skin would be horrifying, but in my brain I thought to myself, how can I make this sexy? My mind is an uncomfortable place at best, and this was the result of taking a character that would absolutely never be a candidate for a pinup image and forcing it to do pinup.
