Merpug

I have a friend who went on vacation to Cabo (pre-pandemic days), and she loves small dogs. Somewhere in my brain I was like I should draw a dog mermaid, so I looked up some references only to find that merpugs are a thing. Like multiple artists have drawn this. So I jumped on the bandwagon.
