Extremely Old Line Art

I made this about 2 years ago and I've been too scared to paint it. I don't know why, at this point I might have actually improved past this level, but still, I worry that once I paint this I'll forever ruin it. Anyway, I think I'm ready to ruin it, anyone have any color suggestions?
